SemiDrive 芯驰科技成立于2018年，在上海、北京、南京、深圳、大连拥有研发中心，同时在长春、武汉设有办事处。

SemiDrive 芯驰专注于提供高性能、高可靠的车规芯片，也是全球首家“全场景、平台化”的芯片产品与技术解决方案提供者。产品覆盖智能座舱、智能驾驶、网关和MCU，涵盖了未来汽车电子电气架构最核心的芯片类别，从而实现 “四芯合一 赋车以魂”。

SemiDrive 芯驰拥有近20年车规级量产经验的国际水平团队，是国内为数不多的具有车规核心芯片产品定义、技术研发及大规模量产落地的整建制团队。

在车规认证方面，SemiDrive 芯驰先后获得了ISO 26262功能安全流程认证、AEC-Q100可靠性认证、ISO26262功能安全产品认证以及国密认证，成为国内首个四证合一的车规芯片企业。

资本层面，SemiDrive 芯驰科技已获得华登国际、经纬中国、联想创投、红杉资本、祥峰资本、国开装备基金、宁德时代、兰璞资本、合创资本、创徒资本等基金的投资。

目前SemiDrive 芯驰已完成4个系列芯片的流片、最高规格车规认证及大规模量产上车，服务超过260家客户，覆盖了中国90%以上车厂。

SemiDrive Technology has focused on providing high-performance and high-reliability automotive-grade chips and is also the first provider of “full-scenario and platform-based” chip product and technical solutions in the world. The products have included intelligent e-cockpits, smart drive, gateways and MCUs, and covered the most core chip categories of automotive electrical / electronic (E/E) architecture in the future, thus achieving “four-chip-in-one, empowering the vehicle with a soul”.

SemiDrive Technology has had an international-level team with nearly 20 years of experiences in automotive-grade mass production, and is also one of the few complete-system teams with automotive-grade core chip product definition, technology research and development and mass production implementation in the country.

In terms of automotive-grade certification, SemiDrive Technology has successively obtained such certifications as ISO 26262 functional safety process, AEC-Q100 reliability ISO26262 functional safety product and national secret, so that it has become the first four-certificate-in-one domestic automotive-grade chip enterprise.

At the level of capital, SemiDrive Technology has obtained the investments from such fund companies as Walden International, Matrix Partners, Lenovo Ventures, Sequoia Capital, Vertex Ventures, State Development Equipment, CATL, Lanpu Capital, Hechuang Capital and ChuangTU Capital.

At present, SemiDrive Technology has completed the tape-out of four-series chips, the highest specification automotive-grade certification and the mass production implementation, served more than 260 clients and covered more than 90% of auto manufacturers in China.
