DACO成立于1994年，是台湾晶圆制造和器件装配的先驱和创新制造商，专注于设计，制造高性能半导体产品，涵盖硅二极管，肖特基，Mosfet，晶闸管，IGBT和碳化硅的分立器件和模块（SiC）二极管和Mosfet。

技术与性能：

DACO, established in 1994 , is a pioneer and innovation manufacturer of wafer fabrication and device assembly in Taiwan focusing on the designing, manufacturing of high-performance Semiconductor products covering discretes and modules of Silicon Diode, Schottky, Mosfet, Thyristor, IGBT and Silicon carbide (SiC) Diode & Mosfet.
Technology and Performance:

The founder of DACO, who comes from the Semiconductor Research Center of National Science Council in Taiwan, has the fabrication experiences on Metal Gat IC process, Poly Gat IC, Power MOS, Power MOS wafer, and Sipos GPP wafer. With the excellent R&D experiences, he has been keeping DACO in the outstanding position on advanced technology in the industry trend of power electronic semiconductors. For the past years, DACO had been maintaining collaborative relationship with military company in researching, developing, and manufacturing high power rectifier modules on military specification by the ODM bases. In the recent years, our R&D team has been devoting to sine wave inverter module, Auto power recycle control unit (APRCU)… etc. to constantly perform the vertical technology to upgrade the service to customers. Daco’s products have been offering and applying in a wide variety of fields such as Power supplies, PC systems, Telecommunication Systems, Home Appliances, inverters, Green Energy Industry, Military, and defense facilities et…, and are extending fast to various patents. With the advantage, DACO does take on a powerful position in the competitive market environment, and is rewarded an excellent reputation.
