南京长盛仪器有限公司成立于1994年，是一家集科研，生产，销售于一体的高科技企业。公司始终以做中国最好的安规仪器为目标。1994年率先在业内推出全数显耐压测试仪。使电压、电流、时间同时以数显显示，漏电流的报警值也由原来的分档式改变为连续任意设置。

1998年国内首次推出程控耐压测试仪。程控耐压测试仪一改传统安规输出电压随着负载、电源电压的变化而变化、没有锁存功能等缺陷，新增了恒压、恒流、自动升降压、上下限报警、电弧侦测、过零启动、过零复位、锁存分析等功能。

长盛一直视为客户提供最安全的检测设备为己任，2005年业内首次推出“安全防电墙”这一创新技术，在原有保证产品安全的基础上，增加了对操作者、被测件、设备三个方面的安全保护开创了系统安全体系的建立。

长盛也一直为推动安规行业的发展做着积极的工作，多次参与行业标准及国家检定规程的制定，包括2004年施行的《耐电压测试仪检定规程JJG795-2004》、最新接地电阻国家标准的制定等。

长盛一直坚持自主研发与制造，已先后申请了10多项发明专利。2007年自主研发的宽频全数字化LCR电桥通过了信息产业部科技司的部级鉴定。

随着安规行业的不断发展，公司的产品不在仅仅局限于电器安全检测领域的应用。同时也衍生到了国防、航天 航空、科研、生产、医疗、照明、电机、家电、通信、教学等各个行业。

针对目前光伏事业的高速发展，这一市场需求，我公司特别研制了为各种先进的太阳能热水器、太阳能电池板、光伏发电系统进行耐压、绝缘、接地、直流负载测试的专一检测设备。
