Ferrules
Z+F | zoller+frohlich is the inventor of insulated ferrules. Ferrules are used all over the world for solderless connections in cable assembly and are still produced in our headquarters in Wangen. The ferrules protect the single end of the stranded wire so that reliability is guaranteed for a long time. In addition to that they allow easy insertion into terminals.  Z+F | ZOLLER+FROHLICH ferrules are available in various colours and lengths with a cross-section of 0.14 mm² to 150 mm².

Machines
For the automated processing of Z+F | ZOLLER+FROHLICH ferrules and turned contacts, Z+F | ZOLLER+FROHLICH provides a large range of machines for cutting, stripping and crimping. In addition to the production of standard machines, Z+F | zoller+frohlich also specializes in developing and manufacturing special machines to provide customized stripping and crimping solutions. The company's long-standing experience makes it a competent business partner for efficient cable processing.

Tools
In order to create a homogeneous and tight connection between the wire end and ferrule, the cable must first be stripped and then crimped with the corresponding ferrule. This is achieved through our high-quality precision tools. The result is an electrically and mechanically safe connection. Laser Scanners
In the early 1990s the first rail track and tunnel measurement system was developed. This was shortly followed in 1996 by the first optical 3D laser measurement system for "as built" conditions. Today we are one of the leading enterprises in the field of non-contact laser measurement technology.
