Verderflex® Rapide

Verderflex manufactures peristaltic pumps, the ideal solution for difficult to pump liquids, abrasive, viscous or solids laden slurries, dosing chemicals and gently transferring fragile cell cultures. These range from small OEM tube pumps through precision dosing and dispensing pumps to the world’s largest high pressure hose pumps for very heavy duty applications.

Verderflex® Rapide
The Verderflex Rapide range of Industrial tube pumps are compact, simple to operate low pressure peristaltic pumps. Models are simple by design, can accommodate multiple pumping heads and have fast tool-less tube changeovers.

Verderflex® Rollit
Lubricant-free peristaltic hose pumps. The Verderflex Rollit is a family of lubricant-free, easy to maintain, low to medium pressure hose pumps. Rollits are available as 2 bar, 4 bar or 2 bar Hygienic versions with single or twin head styles.

Verderflex® Rollit Thru
The Verderflex Rollit Thru 6/9 is a hygienic pump of the Rollit Series. The Rollit Thru 6/9 is designed to operate with single use continuous tubing of different materials instead of its more common hose options. This makes these units especially suitable for the hygienic industry where low sheer and cross contamination are critical issues, combined with a continuous fluid path.

Verderflex® Dura
The Verderflex Dura is a true 2nd generation pump : the first real advance in hose pump technology since the high pressure hose.  It combines a close coupled pump's compactness with the traditional long coupled pump's benefits and gains from a total re-design rather than adapting an original concept.

Verderflex® iDura
The compact Verderflex iDura is a complete “ready to use", reversible Dura hose pump with factory fitted hose burst protection and an IP66 inverter. Flows are easily set on the inverter’s controls or the pump can be remotely controlled - ideal for high pressure low volume dosing, metering, sampling & sump emptying in processing complexes, food & beverage facilities or water treatment plants.

Verderflex® VF
The original Verderflex peristaltic hose pump series is now solely focussed on high flow applications and includes the widely used VF125, the world's largest high pressure hose pump.

Verderflex® Rollit Hygienic
The Verderflex Rollit Hygienic series are single or double head, lubricant bath free, 2 bar, mobile or fixed, sanitary hose pumps.  Pumps have industry standard threaded connector options and use low spallation FDA CFR 21 and EC/1935 Verderprene hoses.  Their gentle pumping action sees them used in biotechnology, beverage production, cosmetics manufacturing, food processing and the pharmaceutical industry.

Verderflex® Vantage 5000
The Verderflex Vantage 5000 family is the next generation in precision dosing and dispensing pumps. They combinine accuracy at discharge pressures up to 7 bar with an intuitive, touch screen user interface, a 30 program onboard memory, real time clock and a USB data backup port.  Remote control signal options include 0-10V, 4 to 20mA, Modbus® & Profibus® with optional multiple opto isolated volt free inputs & outputs allowing the Vantage 5000 to form the heart of automated, process critical metering and transfer systems for abrasive, off-gassing, chemcially aggressive, shear sensitive or fragile chemicals, nutrients and pH control systems.

Verderflex® VP
The VP range are dedicated low flow dosing tube pumps with built-in controls supported by additional instruments and accessories. The pumps are ideally suited for small installation stand alone dosing systems.

Verderflex® Vantage 3000
The Verderflex Vantage 3000 range of simple to use, low to medium flow, 2 bar tube pumps for pharmaceutical, laboratory  and light industrial applications.  These compact pumps fit on a benchtop and are ideal to transfer, dose or meter abrasive, shear sensitive and viscous fluids.

Verderflex Economy
The Verderflex Economy tube pump range are simple to use, 'no frills' intermittent use tube pumps with simple speed controls. Ideal for benchtop use in laboratories and process environments, this compact range provides accurate flow and consistent dosing up to 8,000 ml/min
