Telegesis成立于1998年，总部位于英国伦敦，是一家市场领先的ZigBee模块专业公司，它基于Silicon Labs的EM35x和EM358x网状网络系统芯片，提供应用广泛的2.4GHz IEEE 802.15.4模块。多种规格和物理尺寸的模块容易整合到网状网络的设计中，无需复杂的软件工程或RF专长。作为Silicon Labs公司的策略性合作伙伴以及自2004年以来的ZigBee联盟成员，Telegesis也是Contributor级別的Thread Group成员，一直与Silicon Labs公司协同合作进行Thread-Ready模块的开发。

Silicon Labs于2015年11月20日大约以2千万美元现金价格完成对Telegesis的收购。

Telegesis完全使用Silicon Labs的ZigBee技术于模组产品上，部署在智慧电表、智慧能源应用、USB配接器和闸道器等。其他目标应用包括家庭自动化，连接照明，安全产品和工业自动化。该模组配备了Silicon Labs严格测试、现场验证的EmberZNet PRO ZigBee协议堆叠，提高了ZigBee协议堆叠的可靠性，目前部署在此的连结产品已经高于其他任何ZigBee PRO协议堆叠产品。Telegesis也帮助开发人员简化基于ZigBee技术的应用，提供全面的开发和评估套件。
