RARA电子公司于1989年1月20日在韩国富川市成立。RARA电子公司由总裁Y.C.Kim和他的儿子S.G.Kim创立，他的儿子是阿朱大学（Ah-Ju University）电子工程学的工程学士学位。RARA电子最初的生产设施是租用的一栋商业建筑的二楼，主要生产汽车电阻器、金属包层电阻器、电流检测电阻器（分流器）、线绕电阻器、精密电阻器、厚膜电阻器、加热器等。 自2000年4月6日起，RARA的法律名称更改为公司形式，初始资本为五亿韩元。

RARA Electronics Company was established on January 20th, 1989 in Bucheon, South Korea. RARA Electronics Company was started by Y.C.Kim, the president, and his son S.G.Kim, a graduate from Ah-Ju University with a B.Eng. in electronics engineering. The original production facility was the rented second floor of a commercial building. As of April 6th, 2000 the legal designation of RARA changed to corporate form. The initial capital was five hundred million won.

RARA Electronics is major in Automotive resistors, metal clad resistors, current detection resistors (shunts), wire wound resistors, precision resistors, thick film resistors, heaters, etc.
