QST上海矽睿科技有限公司以设计研发为主导，专注于MEMS传感器及智能应用方案业务，以智能移动终端及物联网应用为主要目标市场，设计和制造优质传感器产品，并为客户定制相应的智能应用方案和服务。QST矽睿公司成立于2012年9月，依托虚拟IDM模式，基于国内完善的产业链并获得高速增长。QST矽睿主要产品：加速度传感器、磁传感器、气压高度计、陀螺仪、光感传感器、组合惯性传感器及相关智能应用系统。

QST矽睿公司聚集了来自国内外顶尖专业MEMS人才，团队成员分布在上海，深圳，香港，台湾，美国等；覆盖了MEMS工艺研发、传感器设计和ASIC设计、工程和量产封装测试、系统应用软件等领域。QST矽睿公司研发实力雄厚，始终坚持自主创新，目前已申请70余项国家发明专利和11项国际发明专利，国家发明专利授权30余项，国际专利授权2项。专利组合遍布工艺制程、芯片设计、算法和系统软件。先后研发形成销售的磁传感器系列，加速度计系列，陀螺仪，六轴组合传感器等系列产品。QST矽睿公司拥有传感器配套ASIC&MCU平台，涵盖各类传感器配套ASIC&MCU方案，可作为各类传感器的接口运算电路。基于传感器基础算法的研究，建立了种类丰富的智能系统方案架构模型，可应用于各类移动智能终端、可穿戴设备、智能家居及物联网应用的开发。

QST矽睿公司曾获得中国电子成就奖2014年度最佳设计团队奖；2016年度大中华IC设计五大大中华创新IC设计公司； 2017年荣获上海市高新技术企业、上海市专精特新企业、中国半导体MEMS十强企业、嘉定区四大产业集群企业等一系列荣誉。

Shanghai QST Corporation engages in the design, research and development of MEMS sensors and smart applications for intelligent mobile terminals and IoT applications. QST designs and manufactures high quality sensor products and customizes intelligent applications and services for its clients. Since QST’s foundation in September 2012, it has achieved rapid growth based on the virtual IDM model and using the domestic industrial support system in China. Main products are accelerometers, magnetic sensors, barometers, gyroscopes, light sensors, combined inertial sensors and related intelligent application systems.

QST is made up of top MEMS professionals from local and abroad. They are in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Taiwan and the United States working on MEMS technology research and development, Sensor design, ASIC design, Engineering, Package, Test, Production, System application software development and others. QST has strong research and development strength and focused on independent innovations. QST has applied for over 70 national invention patents and 11 international invention patents, of which, over 30 national inventions and 2 international inventions are already patented. The patent portfolios cover process technology, chip design, algorithm and system software. QST has successively researched, developed and put into distribution series of magnetic sensors, accelerometers, gyroscopes and six-axis combined sensors. QST is equipped with the ASIC&MCU sensor platform which covers the ASIC&MCU solutions and can be used as the interface computing circuits for various sensors. Our research work on sensor algorithms have resulted in the development of a variety of intelligent structural system models  and these models can be used in the development of various mobile intelligent terminals, wearable devices, smart homes and IoT applications.

QST won the 2014 “Award for the Best Design Team” for our achievement in the China electronic field. In 2016, QST was recognized as one of the "Five Top Innovative IC Design Companies in China". In 2017, QST won the Shanghai high-tech enterprise award, Shanghai, specialized company enterprise award, China’s top ten MEMS semiconductor company and one of the four major-industry cluster enterprises in Jiading District.

At present, QST is committed in the research and development of new technologies such as  high performance sensors, emerging sensors,  and intelligent sensor systems for the IoT, industry and automobile applications.
