FORMOSA MS美丽微半导体股份有限公司成立于民国八十五年七月，迄今历任三位董事长。
第一任 杨照霞 女士（创办人），由民国八十五年七月至八十六年七月（任职一年） 第二任 黄文彬 先生，民国八十六年七月至一百零五年十一月 （任职十九年） 王秀敏 女士，现任董事长兼总经理。

FORMOSA MS美丽微公司的经营理念为「新速勤俭、创造利润、热诚信义、前瞻未来」，来为股东、员工及相关协力厂商的合作经营， 在产品品质系以戴明博士所言「品质系提供顾客满意的产品与服务」，故品质政策为「品质至上、服务优先、顾客满意」， 并本着上述的理念与政策，以二极体界的创新者立足台湾，踏上国际舞台为方向迈进。

在整流二极体逐渐移转至中国大陆生产之际，FORMOSA MS美丽微在台湾只能生产附加价值较高的产品方能生存，因此以萧基二极体(该产品由于漏电流较小，而且效率较高，在讲求快速的时代里，有逐渐取代传统二极体之趋势，且为整流二极体中单价最高的产品)，现有产品分类从0.1安培至三十安培均有产制，产能规划每月超过200KK从事焊接,成型,测试等之生产作业，另有多元化产品从一般、快速及超快速的二极体均有制造。

FORMOSA MS美丽微目前的销售客户大部份以国内半导体制造商的OEM及中间电子零件贸易商为主，部份以自有品牌行销，客户遍及世界各地且广获好评,应用类别涵盖通信,车用,AI及穿戴装置等
