SemiHow 成立于 2002 年，是一家功率半导体公司，公司工程师曾在三星半导体拥有超过 10 年的功率半导体设计技术、Fab Process 技术和 Fab Production 技术。

SemiHow 于2004年与华润微电子（华润微电子有限公司）签订《技术支持与代工协议》，为CM Micro提供Planar MOSFET工艺技术支持，并在CM Micro Fab生产晶圆代工，并于2005年开发并推出HV MOSFET。成为韩国和中国第一家大规模生产高压MOSFET进入中国和韩国市场的公司。

此后，与FMIC、Skysilicon、HHGrace在中国的代工公司合作，SemiHow不断推出Low Voltage Trench MOSFET、SCR、Triac、NPT IGBT、Shield Gate Trench MOSFET，超级结MOSFET产品。

在移动充电器、适配器、消费电子、PC、EV 充电器、网络、服务器、LED 照明等市场上，SemiHow 获得世界级技术的认可。2018 年，SemiHow 与三星 Foundry（“SF ") 在 SF 8inch Line 上开发和生产 Power Discrete 产品。 2019年，作为第一个开发系列，SemiHow 开发了Super Junction S3 MOSFET（Rsp18-Class）和Planar MOSFET 800,900Volt产品的110多个产品（600-900Volt）。

此后，SemiHow 先后开发了SGT MOSFET、LV MOSFET和Gen2 SJ MOSFET，LV MOSFET和SGT MOSFET产品将在2020年第二季度开发和发布，Gen2 MOSFET产品将在2020年第三季度开发和发布。

从 2020 年开始，SemiHow 80% 以上的 Power Discrete 产品将由 SF 8-inch Fab 生产。和SemiHow的20年全球技术竞争力&Know-How和SF 8英寸线的4大竞争力（Fab容量、质量、交货、成本）的协同力量能够满足任何客户的需求。


SemiHow was established as a Power Semiconductor company in 2002, focusing on engineers who have secured Power Semiconductor Design technology, Fab Process technology and Fab Production technology for more than 10 years at Samsung Semiconductor.

SemiHow signed a "Technical Support and Foundry Agreement" with CR Micro (China Resources Microelectronics Limited) in 2004 to support Planar MOSFET Process technology to CM Micro and produce foundry wafer at CM Micro Fab, and then developed and launched HV MOSFET in 2005. It became the first company in Korea and China to mass-produce high voltage MOSFETs to enter the China and Korea markets.

Since then, in cooperation with FMIC, Skysilicon, HHGrace foundry companies in China, SemiHow has consistently launched Low Voltage Trench MOSFET, SCR, Triac, NPT IGBT,
Shield Gate Trench MOSFET, Super Junction MOSFET Products.

Recognized for SemiHow world-class technology in the market of Mobile charger, Adapter, Consumer electronics, PC, EV Charger, Network, Server, LED Lighting, etc. In 2018, SemiHow signed a strategic Partnership contact with Samsung Foundry ("SF") to develop and produce Power Discrete products on the SF 8inch Line. and in 2019, as the 1st development family SemiHow developed more than 110 products(600-900Volt) of Super Junction S3 MOSFET(Rsp18-Class) and Planar MOSFET 800,900Volt products.

Since then, SGT MOSFET, LV MOSFET and Gen2 SJ MOSFET have been developed, LV MOSFET and SGT MOSFET products will be developed and released in the 2Q of 2020, and Gen2 MOSFET products will be developed and released in the 3Q of 2020.

From 2020, more than 80 percent of all SemiHow's Power Discrete products will be produced by SF 8-inch Fab. and Synergy Power with SemiHow's 20-year global technology competitiveness & Know-How and the 4 major competitiveness(Fab Capacity, Quality, Delivery, Cost) of the SF 8-inch Line be able to satisfy any customer's needs.
