PIOLAX公司成立于1933年。成立初期名为“加藤发条制作所”。2023年10月1日，PIOLAX将迎来创业90周年。

早在2004年9月1日，PIOLAX公司就在东京证券交易所市场第一部成功上市。此外，伴随2022年4月的市场划分重构，PIOLAX公司转移至东京证券交易所Prime市场。

PIOLAX公司始于汽车产业及生产用于电气通信产业的精密金属发条，在1965～1974年开展以合成树脂为原材料的紧固件类的研发制造。此后，不断推进事业多元化，涉及汽车的燃料系统零部件、医疗器械事业等多个领域。

如此，PIOLAX成为全球唯一一个同时制作金属与树脂发条的发条制造商。

Founded in 1933 as "Kato Hatsujo Seisakusho", PIOLAX is celebrating its 90th anniversary on October 1, 2023.

PIOLAX, Inc. was listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange on September 1, 2004. PIOLAX, Inc. moved from the First Section to the Prime Market as a result of market segment restructuring of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in April 2022.

PIOLAX started its business with production of precision metal springs for automobiles and electric/communication equipment. Then from late 1960's to early 1970's, it widened its development and production activities to fasteners made of plastic materials. Since then, it has diversified its business into various fields such as automotive fuel system parts and medical equipment.

As just described, PIOLAX continues to make progress as the only spring manufacturer that produces both metal and resin springs.
