July 14, 2021, UCAP Power, Inc., a leading developer of ultracapacitor-based power solutions, has completed the purchase of Maxwell Technologies Korea, the Korean-based ultracapacitor business, as well as other related assets including the Maxwell brand.

2021年7月14日，基于超级电容器的电源解决方案的领先开发商UCAP Power公司已经完成了对韩国超级电容器企业Maxwell Technologies Korea的收购，以及包括Maxwell品牌在内的其他相关资产。
