Maplesemi美浦森半导体有限公司是一家集研发、设计、生产、销售和服务于一体的完整型产业链科技公司，公司主营POWER VDMOSFET、SUPER JUNCTION MOSFET、(碳化硅)SiC MOSFET、(碳化硅)SiC DIODE等系列产品。

2009年Maplesemi美浦森半导体成立FABOWN工厂，工厂坐落在韩国第一工业城市--浦项，主营POWER MOSFET及碳化硅产品的研发和生产。目前8 英寸月产能12000片，6寸产能10000片，是东亚地区唯一的PLANNER 8英寸晶圆生产线，所有技术骨干均来自韩国SAMSUNG（三星）半导体和美国FAIRCHILD（仙童）半导体，在产品研发和生产制程方面具有丰富的行业经验。Maplesemi美浦森半导体2009年获得韩国政府IT VENTURE企业认可，在韩国极东大学和富川设有附属研究所。目前VDMOSFET和碳化硅产品获得韩国政府60多项技术专利。

Maplesemi美浦森半导体产品广泛应用于逆变器、镇流器、适配器、充电器、PC电源、电视机电源、电焊机电源等各领域。目前韩国三星电子、韩国现代汽车、韩国LG电子等公司均为Maplesemi忠实客户。

2012年coolMOS系列产品实现量产
2013年碳化硅MOSFET系列产品研发成功

2014年开始与韩国现代汽车共同开发用于电动汽车主控板的碳化硅MOSFET和碳化硅DIODE系列产品
2015年与万泽股份共同成立SiC碳化硅量产基地，计划于17年开始量产
