志丰(Kingstate)电子以台北为营运总部，分别于大陆东莞与苏州建立生产基地，以两岸三地阵容坚强的研发、制造、营销业务、与技术服务团队，积极扩展电声版图于全球，以提供客户迅速专业的服务。

志丰(Kingstate)的产品多年来屡获国际大厂青睐，广泛地被运用于：通讯、消费性电子、信息、家电、汽车电子、保全、医疗、工业设备等相关产品。

Established in 1977 October, the Kingstate Electronics Corporation is acoustic manufactures leading of the world in Tamshui, Taiwan. Kingstate continuously offers a full and diversified range of products such as Piezo Buzzers, Magnetic Buzzers, Micro Speakers, Dynamic Receivers, Electret Condenser Microphones, Earphones, Bluetooth Speakers and Personal Sound Amplifier etc. For the past 39 years, Kingstate has been believed and dedicated in providing customers with High Quality and Professional Acoustic Solutions. On 2007 February, Kingstate is successfully official traded over the counter.

Kingstate Taipei as the operational headquarters and has two manufacturing sites in China Dongguan and Suzhou.
