In 2020, Sitek-Palvelu Oy's business operations were transferred to OEM Finland Oy, a supplier of automation and electronic components, which is part of the OEM International Group. The design and manufacture of Sitek products developed by Sitek-Palvelu Oy will continue at OEM Finland's Jyväskylä and Tampere offices.
