RFaxis公司成立于2008年1月，总部位于美国加州Irvine，专业从事RF半导体产品的设计和开发。RFaxis公司拥有多项正在申请专利的技术，引领着新一代无线通信解决方桉系统设计的发展，可为Bluetooth、WLAN、802.11n/MIMO、Zigbee、WiMAX、WHDI和移动通信（CDMA/WCDMA/EDGE/Evolved EDGE/LTE-3G/GSM)等领域提供全新的解决方桉。通过利用BiCMOS技术与自主创新技术方法的结合，RFaxis公司实现了全球首个RF Front-end集成电路（RFeIC）。

Skyworks于2016年5月份宣布正式收购RFaxis。

May 2016, Skyworks acquired RFaxis’ product lines. Through this acquisition, Skyworks is able to complement and expand its existing world-class portfolio of Wi-Fi, ZigBee® and Bluetooth connectivity solutions. With more and more traffic from smartphones and other mobile devices being offloaded to fixed networks by Wi-Fi, Skyworks, together with the RFaxis product lines, is uniquely positioned to deliver our customers a broad range of solutions that help ensure a seamless consumer experience.
