RAiO follows the principles of scientific management methods of problem solving and the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems, to meeting the highest standards of quality through management controls of routine practices from the initial stages  of product development to the final steps of mass production and delivery service.    As early as May 2008, RAiO was recognized and certified as an ISO 9001 compliant company. Furthermore, in September 2010, RAiO was successfully re-certified to have met the revised ISO 9001:2008 standards. In November 2016, RAiO has once again met the revised ISO standards and has been a certified ISO 9001:2015 compliant company since.
