Liown Semiconductor is a high-tech enterprise integrating power semiconductor device design, research and development, chip manufacturing, package testing and product sales. The second phase invested 3.6 billion yuan in land acquisition of 258 mu in Taizhou, Zhejiang Province. The annual output of Liyang Semiconductor Industrial Park was 5 inches, 6 inches and 8 inches, totaling 1.8 million wafers, and 6 billion finished products were sealed. The main products were silicon controlled, SGT MOSFET, Super Junction MOSFET, IGBT, third generation semiconductor silicon carbide diodes and silicon carbide MOSFET. Volume devices.
